Do I need to have bought my CPAP machine from rfreshco to get help?

No. Whether you purchased your equipment elsewhere, use a different brand, or are still under another clinician's care, our health coaches can still support you. Tell us where you are in your journey and we'll help you find the right next step.

What happens during a Sleep & Health Check?

It's a short, 5-minute assessment that looks at the factors affecting your sleep quality — things like symptoms, current therapy habits, and lifestyle. It gives us a clear picture of what's going on before we recommend anything.

My mask isn't comfortable, or I'm struggling to stick with CPAP — can you help?

Yes, this is one of the most common reasons patients reach out. Our health coaches troubleshoot mask fit, pressure settings, and device issues, and work with you to find a setup you can actually stick with long term.

Can I try CPAP before committing to buy a machine?

Yes. We offer guided trials so you can experience therapy with proper coaching and support before making a purchase decision, rather than being asked to commit upfront.

My CPAP machine is old or unreliable — can I upgrade or trade it in?

Yes. If your device is ageing, noisy, or no longer working well, we can review your options, including upgrading to a newer machine or trading in your current one.

Where are your branches, and do I need an appointment?

We have branches in Toa Payoh and Bukit Merah. You're welcome to reach out via WhatsApp first to discuss your situation, and we'll help you arrange an in-person visit if one is needed.
